I was always given more then enough information as I got to another milestone. The videos helped me understand so much on the processes and I was always just a text, email or phone call alway from extra info. I felt comfortable and never rushed to make a decision. When I finally found my home it was a very simple process to get to signing.

Being able to use Veterans United is such a blessing for someone in the military. They take all the guess work out of buying a house and when I work with the Clarksville, TN team I know I have nothing to worry about because they will have my best interests at heart
Some glitches in the system could be resolved. When I uploaded documents it did not always notify the specialist. The online process I found to be very convenient. I would have liked more notifications when issues came up. And definitely not on the day of closing. A lot of the problems were on the seller side though. Plan at least an extra month for closing. Best not to schedule the movers before everything is cleared. I would recommend Veteran United though since they do specialize in VA loans.
