My loan officer communicated with me throughout each phase of the process and was always willing to jump on a phone call if she saw I was stressing. There's also several videos on the website that explains everything from the Pre-Approval to what to expect at Closing and each milestone in-between. I especially enjoyed the phone call from my loan office as I was driving home from closing with a heartfelt congratulations. I couldn't have found a better company for my VA Loan!.
