There is a lot of good qualities for Asli, but the one I want to single out is her responsiveness. At any time I could reach and get an answer about any part of the home buying process. This is a good quality for people buying a home for the first time or refinancing.

I just want to give a quick shoutout to Corey Jackson as well — he was our Loan Coordinator (I think that's the correct title? Underwriting coordinator, maybe?) and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I looked forward to getting calls from him because he was such a joy to talk to! Super smart, professional, and kind - I can't say enough good things about this whole team!
He helped us with financing our home and helped us with our refinancing. He was very professional and politely answered all of our questions. Him and his team sent our family little gifts to celebrate our progress throughout the process which was thoughtful and our kids loved. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone buying a home.
