They did get the job done and I closed but they are very lack in communication

What a complete and utter disaster my experience was. I was not going to leave any reviews, but I keep receiving emails. I am baffled at how this company has excellent reviews; And before Covid gets blamed as the reason, lots of businesses have made strides and adjustments for the better. Just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach.

Cal and Katie were wonderful to work with! Answered emails fast and always explained things to us.
Veterans United makes it easy to upload documents online. You are given a to-do list that they want you to complete asap. We did everything right away, but documents were not reviewed until the last minute in closing and delayed us.
