The online portal was simple to navigate and uploading the requested documents went flawlessly. Veteran's United is by far the best!I just want to thank to entire team for everything. They were all so awesome and great to work with. One thing that stuck out to my realtor and I was the fact that when other businesses were closed for a holiday and we had questions, the team was always there. At one point, my realtor called and a member from the team answered. Glenda (my realtor) was shocked and asked, "What are you doing working today?!" The response? "Putting Veterans in home!" My home buying concierge, Tessa, also proactively reached out and provided so many resources to help with the moving process. And my realtor Tanya Harris and her business partner Lisa Ginter far exceeded my expectations. They helped me find a home in the locations I most wanted to live in and made buying a house as an out of state buyer feel like I was right there in person. As it will take me a few weeks to move in, they also assisted in adding a new lock to my door, providing a neighbor contact for monitoring, and are still helping watch over my property as I await to move. I know this is more than they were obligated to do and I am so thankful for them! I could write an essay about the experience, but mostly I just want to express how thankful and impressed I am and I would recommend this team to any veteran I know looking to buy a home in the future.
