My loan officer was extremely helpful, Mr. Jordan was ok but made things difficult and stressful towards the end and my realtor ended up having to step in and straighten out that he had the wrong closing date and that caused the most stress and almost made the seller back out and go with an alternative offer.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a home. Excellent service!!!

Everyone was so great! Even when I was having trouble with communication to the realtor and title company my Veterans United team took it upon themselves to call them!

Two weeks before contacting Veterans United, we were turned down and told we would have to wait a year at least before we could purchase a home through the VA by a local mortgage company. I reached out to Veterans United because I had received an email from them. That was in February 2025. Sarah reached out to us and made sure our credit was in order and that my less than 2 years of self employment would meet criteria. Once that was all good, she directed us to Mike and his team and the process was on. Mike and Chad were essential in assuring I had everything needed for underwriting. They were invaluable throughout the entire process and helped us buy our dream home! We closed May 2, 2025! Another great thing about Mike and Veterans United is that they do not stop being there for you after you close. Veterans United treats you like family not just another account number!

Almost flawless transition on my home loan refinance. And extra payment was taken for my old loan post closing on new loan. Loan officer was not very proactive in assisting with a solution.
