I can not say enough about Kyle Buettner. Kyle is very very prompt. Kyle is very attentive, he is very knowledgable about the process. He helps you through each step of the process and explains what & why things are going the way they are. He is very caring and understands when situations are taking place. He knows how to calm people down & get the process back on track for an on time completion. We had and irate seller, Kyle got the situation under control and made things happen quickly to appease all parties. We were very lucky we had a Gentleman like kyle with great understanding, wisdom, compassion, and knowledge to help us get through this process.
