Veterans United and their representatives have gone above and beyond throughout my home buying experience. I am so thankful for choosing them to handle my mortgage. Truly a kind, caring and professional organization.
I've gotten a home loan from Veterans United Before, and they are just the best when it comes to buying a home. I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home. They just know what they are doing-and they know it extremely well. If you want to skip the unnecessary drama, then I would suggest getting your house loan with Veterans United.

Steven Blakley and Taylor Fruits are very professional, knowledgeable, and responded in a timely manner. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and Steven and Taylor handled all aspects of the loan process with ease. The added bonus is they are also very personable.
A reinspection is not required after a reappraisal.
Response from Veterans United
Jacob, thank you for taking the time to share your voice with us. With every loan being different than the other, it is hard to say what may have caused a reinspection. We invite you to speak to our client advocate team to assist you in any questions that you may have post-closing. Thank you again for your service and for choosing Veterans United.

This whole process was seamless and easy. Everyone we worked with did a great job at making this easy and accommodating. Everything went extremely smooth and quick! It was great doing business and look forward for more opportunities.
If this is your first home purchase, they can help. If you have experience buying homes, use someone else. Vet United is very slow to use for the experienced homeowner. To many channels to go thru.
Response from Veterans United
Marcus, thank you for providing your honest feedback on your recent loan experience. We always try to provide the best product the will suit the veteran as possible. This can vary from veteran to veteran. Sometimes the process can be lengthy but our trained loan officers will always assist you and the process to fund in a timely matter. Please feel free to reach out to our client advocate team to discuss further if you would like to. Thank you again for your service and thank you for choosing Veterans United.
The process went so so. I know the VA underwriters were overly particular on the verification of my earnest payment, copy of check front and back from my credit union was not good enough. Then it only took five trips to another credit union to get approval of my savings account. I finally had to get a letter sent from the Manager of that credit union for the account to be accepted. I was NOT a happy individual over that. Other than that, everything went well. I know that Kathy Monning was as aggravated over that probably as much as I was. I know now, if I go through this process again, to have all the closing cost money in one location before starting any of the process.
It was a very smooth process. There were a few things I had to work on but they were so patient with the whole process. Thank you very much
Hey soldiers and veterans. I believe Veterans United is a good institution to get your home loan started. Heads up, your appraisal is scheduled with them to meet VA loan requirements. Schedule early to avoid high volume delays. You will want it to be scheduled close to after the home inspections. Make sure you stay on top of everything, this is your investment and who better to rely on then the investor. Ask a lot of questions, and then some. They help provide a realtor, which is great! Make sure your realtor has a feel of what you want in a home. And remember, don't spend on credit until after the keys are in your hands. These guys are watching.
Thank you!
Just thanks. My dogs and I love the place and wall plaque
