Erich and Alyssa were amazing! They made the entire process seamless and never left me in the dark during any step in the process. This was my first time purchasing a home and it couldn't have been easier thanks to these two. I would do it over 1,000 times with them!

When my wife and I decided to purchase a home I searched for a VA Loan and Veteran’s United came up, so I sent them an email and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Travis Ward explaining step by step how to proceed in the loan process. Everything was completely done online and we were informed of everything along the way. Everyone at Veterans United made themselves available to us for any questions that came up. Our loan process from start to closing took less the 30 days. I would strongly recommend Veterans United to anyone needing a VA Loan.

A quick and smooth process from beginning to close.
Haley Moore whom was a loan specialist I believe was helpful but did not communicate very well. In the process of getting things submitted Haley would inform my Realtor but not myself and vice-versa until a day or so later. I also told her to contact my Phone number via text and calls because my wife would not have all the information or ability to talk as I would do to work. She still continued to reach out to my wife afterwards which became a bit frustrating. Overall my experience was great My loan Office was very responsive and helpful and they got me the mortgage and rate that I wanted that other couldnt when went through the pre approval process with them.
My team was great. I was amazed at how smooth the process was with VU as opposed to other places I looked into for a VA loan. I would 100% recommend VU to any veteran looking to purchase a home! Great customer service, always maintained me informed of every step, and guided me through the process that would have been so much more overwhelming otherwise. Because of my designated team, I am now a proud first time homeowner!!!
