Thank you for making the process easier. The team was great! Evan Whaley helped out with my additional questions, too.

We did not enjoy this process one bit. From the word go, we had such difficulty verifying student loan information, documents were lost, and requested multiple times, poor communication of the process. They wouldn't respond to my wife on the phone, only me, and then primarily only through text. Didn't communicate with the realtor or us the same information. Received "final disclosure" documents less than 12 hours prior to closing, then we were given the wrong amount to bring to closing by $3k off! We had to scramble to come up with the additional funds in a matter of hours. We had to complete all this additional work to the home prior to moving in, which they kept charging us to have someone come back out to make sure the work was completed on our home, not someone else's because the pictures they demanded were sufficient enough. Our closing date was pushed back 3 times, which ended up costing us and additional $2200. Our interest rate on the loan changed multiple times due to Rob failing to lock in the rate! Which cost us about $10k difference on our loan. No accountability, no repercussions for them only us. If I could, I would switch companies today and not look back!
Response from Veterans United
Judith, we're sorry this home purchase was not an enjoyable one for you. Verifying information can be an involved process, but it all leads to ending up in a new home. We will use your comments to review our processes and look for ways we can improve for all Veterans. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. If you have more to share, please reach out to our Client Advocate team.
I highly recommend using Veterans United for homebuying experience. My team understood military language and culture which is extremely important throughout the process. The website is very easy to use and makes communication with the loan specialists that much easier. My team was very positive, professional and courteous and I am very impressed and satisfied with the service received!

Working with VU was great. I will be recommending this lender to everyone I know looking for a house. The agent and title company referred to me by VU was not great because I felt there was poor communication between both of those agencies. It felt as if they were favoring the seller at times and I had no one representing me.

They make the home buying process as easy as it can be. They are very responsive and always willing to answer any questions that arise. Would definitely recommend.

The Veterans United are the Best ever, always there when you needed them.

It does not get any better than Veterans United !

Thank you to everyone who helped us throughout our home buying journey! We appreciate everything and everyone!

They worked as a team, good job

Veterans United is the way to go. We have been wanting to purchase a home for a long time. When I applied for a veterans loan I was approved within a week. Ryan and Keith were the ones that helped me to understand the process and we worked through it everyday. Today Im a proud owner of a fairly new home. I would recommend anyone to go through them. They mean business. They don't sit on loans they get them processed in a timely manner and they answer every call or text within reason. They are very knowledgeable people that are there to work for you. I was so glad I went to the veterans United to assist me in my homeowner needs. I would say all in all they are a AAA company that put's your needs first. I can never thank them enough.

So happy that we linked with your company and look forward to a very solid relationship throughout.
