If your a veteran and need help getting financing for a new home. Call Veterans United. They did the impossible for us!
Be proactive. When you are preapproved does not mean you cane get the loan. Start getting the paperwork done for approval of the loan. The interest rate they tell you is meaning less until your loan is completely approved. The loan officer Is not that much help the assistant was very helpful. But had to get approval from the loan officer. I think it would be better to deal with the one making the loan not a third party company.
