All around classy service!
I felt our experience was not the best. I have refinanced before and this was the worst refinance I have ever done. I had heard great things about Vetrans United but this experience left a bad taste in both my wife's and my mouths.

The service provided was excellent. I would only suggest that you let the buyer know as soon as possible what documentation is required. Some of the Buyer's documentation took a little while to get.

The only reason this wasn't a 10 was because of the Loan Coordinator, Shawn Glover. She repeatedly would leave me out of emails with my agent which left me in the dark. My closing date was pushed back a week because of her lack of of communication with my agent on what was needed. With me being left out of her emails, I had absolutely no clue as to why my closing date was being continuously pushed back.
