I can understand how frustrating it must’ve been to feel like you didn’t get the level of service you deserved, especially when it came to choosing the right loan terms and dealing with communication issues during such an important time.
It sounds like not being able to get a new loan estimate when you needed it and feeling stuck with an interest rate that didn’t align with your goals really added to the stress. I’m also sorry to hear about the issues with closing, especially with your loan officer being unavailable and delays with funding. That’s a frustrating way to end what should be an exciting process.
