Overall experience was ok, we got the loan and everything got done. I just felt that I had to stay on top of the team and ask a lot of questions to make sure things were getting done and certain things done the way I wanted them to. They definitely did not follow how things are described on the VU website, which added additional stress when they didn’t really explain the process or why they were doing it differently than how the website describes the process.
I’d highly recommend Veterans United to my friends seeking a home loan.
