I was provided with fantastic service. Even with my demanding job veterans united made the home buying process easier than I imagined it would be. Thankful for how friendly and professional the entire team was. All the employees were easy to work with and communicate with. Those factors helped keep me from getting stressed out or overwhelmed. They will be the first call I make if I need their services again.
Eli Ahn and his team went above and beyond to provide an excellent and seamless new home buying (and refinance) experience. This was our first home purchase and Eli, Jacob, Jodi, and their entire team were with us every step of the way, ensuring we got the best rate and home deal. The VA agent they chose to help us close the deal, Walter Crawford, was likewise stellar. They made a potentially stressful experience (buying a home) virtually painless and they really listened to us. Especially Eli Ahn who answered countless calls and questions for us and kept things professional, positive, and upbeat at every turn. They were also very flexible with us over the holiday season (for both our first home buy and the following refinance). In fact, Eli kept an eye on the interest rates for us so we wouldn't miss anything, significantly lowering our rate during the refinance. This is so important in today's volatile housing market. One of the many things I love about this team is that they truly are a one-stop-shop for all home buying and refinance needs. From the financing to the VA-savvy real estate agent, to shopping for best insurance rates, to the closing and even the notary public (for our refinance) - they work together like a well oiled machine. It made me miss being in the Army where you can always depend on the team to cover your back and look out for you. This team is like that. I just don't think you can get this level of care and dedication from a civilian organization. Aside from helping us secure a better than expected rate both times, there were no surprises and we loved having that one button, Veterans United, to push for everything. I can't imagine a veteran (or anyone else really), choosing a different organization to buy or refinance a home with. We sing their praises to family and friends and hope this review can help others make this same great choice. My husband Doug and I highly recommend Veterans United.

We were concerned that the home buying process would be a tedious mess because of all the stories we've heard from others. That was just never the case with Scott and Sarah. It was almost too easy. We kept waiting for something to delay the process or go wrong but that just was never the case . We were even able to close early and ge tin the house before Christmas. We're just so pleased woth Veterans United and our lending team.
