The process was very smooth. From start to finish everyone was great to work with. Any questions I had were answered in a timely professional manner.
Overall experience was good.Loan team were all professional did their job well.There were multiple times where requests for duplicates of submitted documentation was added to the ”to-do” list.Closing had to be pushed back die to the closing review not taking place.
Veterans United took away much of my anxiety in the home buying process as a first-time buyer. The videos that explain each step of the way were also extremely helpful. I appreciated the professionalism of the loan officers.
