The interface that you operate through is extremely clean. My team was extremely quick to respond to all inquiries.
We initially had a rough and bad experience with a local broker who talked a lot of negatives about VU, then was unable to get us to closing. They then proceeded to tell us that we would not be able to get to closing due to x, Y, and z on any house. Due to this bad experience, we were hesitant. But Crystal Washington was such a breath of fresh air and made it clear from the beginning that she would get us to closing. And she did with flying colors. This was such a great experience for me and my family and I would absolutely recommend VU to any veteran looking to purchase a home. We were able to close in just 14 days! VU is on a whole different level especially when it comes to customer service and following through with promises. I would absolutely use them again, no questions asked. I am overly happy with VU!
