Durell was just outstanding. Response time to emails and calls was immediate and she kept us informed of the process at every step, including what the next steps were. Only bad thing to say is the appraisal process. I know they have ten business days to do there job. I think this process should somewhere else in loan process. The inspection company came out quick and got part done quick. I don’t know what the answer is to correct the appraisal process. I feel like this could be addressed. Then in my opinion I feel like that is a very professional company to work with. Just want say your team was very professional and efficient at there job. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for helping me purchase my home.
