We were not very happy with the appraisal process or the appraiser himself and would not reccomend using them in the future.
This is my first VA refi but, I have applied for at least 6 other mortgages and have refinanced at least 4 other times. All the paper work was reviewed and signed on line except for the final closing which enabled the process to move along quickly.
