As a Veteran who has worked with other VA loan lenders, I highly recommend working with Veterans United because they have exceptional staff who are very good at what they do and really CARE about you! My experience was outstanding because of the people who were assigned to represent me throughout this home purchase process.
I know this sounds cliche, but the Veterans United Home Loans team really are highly experienced professionals. I could not imagine getting better service in trying to buy a new home. Whether your questions are serious or hypothetical about buying a home, they will earnestly try to get you a real answer. I'm moving to Jacksonville and I had some outlandish questions regarding flooding and alligators and they answered them no matter how ridiculous it seemed. They have my first and only recommendation. Fast pre-approval for a loan, great rates and a dedicated team. What more do you need? Oh, they also finagled it so I recieved money back at closing. No cash to close, say what!?! Great experience.
