You definitely have to do some of the grunt work but as long as you are prompt with your response for required info. Your team will keep your loan on Track. Adam Canote and Amanda Leger made our home buying experience a breeze. We had a few upsets during this journey. The 1st home we placed an offer on fell through due to seller failing to complete major repairs 3 days below closing. We had to change realtors due to feeling overwhelming pressure to continue with the sale even though the seller failed to comply with contingencies. Adam and Amanda reached out to us and encouraged us to not give up on finding our dream home. Every step of the way Amanda guided us with prompt replies to my calls and e-mails. If we had to do this again we would want these two awesome people on our loan team. Despite the stumbles along the way, Amanda and Adam made us feel comfortable, and confident homebuyers.
