It is easy to believe that one does not qualify. Reach out and you may be suprised. Only thought we would find out what we needed to fix to be approved. Now we are homeowners.
Have the underwriter tell the loan specialist more precisely what they need up front. I did not here from anyone for 10 days and thought we were good to go. Then with 6 days left i had to scramble. In the end the team did all they could to help ease the stress. I would recommend to friends and family
