They made the home loan/purchase process fairly simple. Definitely made the process a lot more bearable. If you haven't purchased a home in a long time or this your first purchase, they will walk you through the process explaining things along the way. They provide a straight forward "To-Do List" to help guide you through gathering the necessary documents, as well as, even provide videos on their app that explain the various stages and documents, procedures along the way and what to expect next.
