The team, which we were assigned, was just as close as our phone. sometimes we would have to leave messages, however we could count on a call-back in no time. When I would be at my worst not quite understanding what the next procedure was, a call to Terri or Morgan made my questions seem so petty and so easy for a quick fix. Mike would always follow up with a positive and cheerful attitude making me feel that my questions were important enough to be addressed, even though I realize now some of them were so elementary and not nearly as threatening as I thought.Never did any of the team make me feel like I wasn't on top of the process.
