This has been an awful experience and the end could not have come soon enough. Kirin is abrasive, defensive, and not at all customer oriented. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And the National Caregiver group I belong to, over 3K most of whom are also fiduciaries for their Vetetans, had nothing but derogatory comments about your company once someone asked for referral. Some experienced same issues, many worse.

My loan team made this transaction incredibly easy. They were very knowledgeable to everything VA loans, and they spoke to me in words I understood. My loan officer told me she could be reached at anytime, and I told her I would keep it to business hours. But when something sprung up on the weekend that needed addressed immediately, she actually was available to give advice. And the closing costs were very reasonable. I would go back to my team, Sydney and Samantha, in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any Veteran looking for a loan.
This was my first purchase for a home and everyone made the experience so easy and calming. They were always there to answer my questions and help me along the way. Veterans United are AWESOME!!!!!
