My only concern was that I was easy to be reached when information was needed from me; however, it was not always easy for me get the information I needed. I could never reach a specific person on the phone and when we communicated via email it almost seemed as though I was being a hassle.
Every one was great as i never seen before they were so awsome to work with they helps me so good and they were so fast and easy to get approved for the loan

My experience with Veterans United was perfect. The team assigned to my loan was very helpful, fast, knowledgeable and understanding. No questions were left unanswered, even on the weekends someone would get back to us if we needed anything. The online portion of the mortgage was also great, all documents were easily uploaded and the site was easy to use. Chris and his team were also understanding of my hearing disability and worked with my wife for the telephone portion of the mortgage making the process much less stressful for us. I highly recommend Veterans United and would happily do business with them again.
