Missed closing due to post repair pest inspection and process afterward. One confusion was not having a receipt of work, although post pest inspection showed all work completed. There should be a way where other paperwork or approval could be accomplished parallel instead of having to wait in series.

Not a perfect 10 b/c I had a conflict after the signing process that left questions of whether or not the process was complete. We are still waiting but confident everything will be resolved.

For military personnel the team worked great... everything was coordinated thru e-mail or web site an all documents were uploaded to the web server very easily.
