Give them a try first, is my advice. I went to them Third, cause the first two didn't work out. Vet's United was way more flexible and easier to work with. They got me approved to buy my home, which was the rental till the landlords decided to sell. I don't think i would have been able to buy this home with out their help. Vet's United, the Title Company and Me...that was it...no agents, no sales people, no Lawyers...no sales commission for anyone. I pushed the limits on everything to get the American Dream, and Vet's United helped me do it. BTW..call and ask for Jared, he's the best.

Tanya Au was amazing! There were so many stumbling blocks placed in our way from the seller/seller’s agent that Tanya negotiated us through. There were also issues with paperwork being improperly filed from the Escrow side of things. We feel quite fortunate that Tanya stayed with us, worked to get the extensions we desperately needed and talked us “down from the ledge” on a few occasions.
It was great place to work with. I did my loan during COVID-19 and never had to go into the office. Did everything over the phone and online. There loan team was great.
Unbelievable service and follow through. Have no doubts about this team!
The application process with Veterans United was seamless. The website is very user friendly and the document upload process was quick. Everyone involved with our Loan was very friendly and responded to questions quickly. I will use Veterans United again!
