Good people, good to their clients. This time around though, we had a tougher time with closing. Multiple times where something just wasn’t that clear or I submitted something only to have it kicked back with extra instructions. The final cash to close was also over 3,000 dollars off of the final estimate. I learned about it the day before closing. To me, that was unacceptable and almost made us not be able to close in time.
Try to avoid switching out loan officers during the process. It can cause communication issues.
It was such a great experience from beginning to end.
