Andy and Brandon were super helpful with answering any questions that I had making the home buying and loan process go smoothly.

They are professional and knowledgeable.

Great service and great team

Everyone that I dealt with was so helpful. , Knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with you.

Lots of issues with closing. It felt like daily there was a new requirement and documents were not fully reviewed. For example, We would get asked for another copy as first wasn’t readable, This would be sent, then a request for something else, this would be provided, then a week later underwriting would ask for the first document again as they were missing a page. If a page was missing or unreadable shouldn’t this all be determined up front. We missed our original closing date because of this.

Veterans united helped make my home buying experience easy. My wife was able to close on our new home and received keys, while I was deployed.

Rob and Rikki were both obviously very experienced and more than willing to work around my erratic work schedule to view properties and answer constant questions.

Rick and Lacey were amazing leaders throughout this life changing ordeal. Buying a home is major as we know, however, when you a person or team who answer your questions when you have them, you really feel the empowered to buy in and buy one (home) with confidence! Thanks Rick, Lacey and your team.

As nerve wracking as the home buying process is, It was extremely simple and pain free with VU. Josh & Tony were extremely helpful and would always ease any concerns.

I was not able to contact my loan officer for a week and no one had information about my file. When I received a computer generated Letter of Incompleteness, being my first experience going through a home loan, I got very nervous thinking we were not getting this loan, because of the letter and the fact that I could not contact my loan officer. Luckily after a lot of stress, the loan went through. That happened mostly because my realtor called out my loan officer and spoke to her boss. Once that happened things seem to get back on track, except for the 2 weeks extra time to get to closing. There is more to this story but that was a quick overview. I just not happy about any of it.
