Veterans United was great to work with. The company WFG was a disgrace. Changed our closing 3 times and when we did close Theres Diedrich was very unprofessional. Was missing some forms, didn't know what a couple pages was for so said we'll just skip them. Told us our money would be deposited in our acct. on Monday this is Wednesday morning and still not there. WFG is making this a bad experience.
Superb. Answered every question in a timely manner. As a first time buyer, I appreciate the hand holding every step of the way. Words cannot describe how pleased I am with all of the services received.
The loan process was smooth and easy. As with any loan process if borrower quick with providing all required documentation the process is simple.
Although the first contact person with Veterans United was not a good match for myself, . Veterans United never dropped the ball they kept the process on target and moving. I wish the best for Veterans United and completely support your mission, HOOAHi!
