The low marks are due to missing the closing day which cost us $2000. David will say that the dates moved around, which they did, moved from the 24th of April to the 28th. He would also so the moisture/pest inspection was expired - true, but he told us on the 25th, it was done by the 27th. So, first, you'd think it would have gone to under writing on the 24th (it didn't)? Then we were supposed to close on the 28th at 1000, which was communicated and agreed to by the team. At 1pm on the 28th, David calls and asks for 30 day statements from my bank and investment account (sent within 10mins) - should have been done prior to the 28th?
Couple of un-appreciated statements from Dave:
- Thanks for rolling with the punches.
- Yah, trying to train my team, somethings got missed. (Blaming your subordinates, not pro).
- I think Katelynn was fine.
BUT, I think the interest rate was good at VUHL. And Dave was a good salesman, pulled me away from USAA. But overall, he cost me money and could have lost the house.
From beginning to end, Crystaline, Abbey and Cole were like a well oiled machine. Each compliments the other and works as a single unit to go above and beyond what others would. I have never been treated as well as this team made me feel. Words are not enough to express how important they are to me and how special they made this process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I cannot say enough about how the team worked together to make sure everything went super smooth! I still cannot believe we finally found a house that we can make our new forever home and it was such a smooth process!
