They answer all of your questions and concerns in a professional manner and provide everything you need to make your homebuying experience relaxing. The entire process felt seamless and unrushed, I felt comfortable the entire time and knew that I was being taken care of.
Trish and staff did an amazing job!! They kept me informed of every step of the process.
Poor communication, failed timing despite months of advanced planning and knowledge, didn’t seem to care, we felt completely forgotten about and at the bottom of Veteran’s United priority list, we wasted money on a uhaul and movers due to not moving on the date we were given. WE had to call escrow and title companies for information VU failed to give us. Will never go through VU in the future.

i am very disapointed in with V united. Numerous things that i was told did not happen or prices thaty were suppose to be end up changing and so forth . now that the house has been sold and ella owens and oles myrok collected thier money they dont return any message or calls nor emails. YUCK!!!!!!!!
