The whole process was a breeze. Especially liked the electronic signature app. Way cool. The numerous papers came into the portal, we signed, and it magically goes directly back to the sender.

He stayed in communication regularly with me and did a masterful job of allowing me to vent at a point when "just one more thing" needed caused me to react with a bit of frustration. Great experience, all docs done online via DocuSign with the exception of the final closing documents. All communication done via email, text and phone. Not the fastest refi I’ve ever done but still one of the best.
