Easy to understand process
Veteran's United, most specifically Zach Brown, did a phenomenal job working with us to get us approved as our credit was marginal to be approved. Zach never made it feel like a business transaction. He took interest in our family and actually cared about the outcome and getting us to closing.

There was a lot of confusion with a LOMA for not having to get flood insurance.

We received mis-information and were mislead multiple times. The information we were asked to provide changed on a daily basis. We were charged a $3,000 fee for this lender and we do not feel it was beneficial in the end. Please refer to comments under loan specialist section.

Communication throughout the organization was lacking. I should not have to go shop all over to get the best interest rate. An organization this large should be reviewing the country and offering unbeatable rates.
