When I first called Veteran's United I did not think I would qualify for their loans. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could use their conventional loans at 5% down instead of the normal 20% that most banks want. I intended to use my local bank that I have purchase several houses with before; however, I am glad that Veteran's United was able to qualify us on a loan. Their service was fast, courteous, and very efficient. I was a huge fan of the electronic submission of required paperwork as it made it very convenient and quick for turn around when notified there was some kind of paperwork needed. I hope we never need Veteran's services again as we love our new home; however, if we do need to find a new home Veteran's will be the first place I call. Thank you!
