I recently bought a home in the middle of PCSing from Korea, and I absolutely couldn’t have done this without Mr. Stange, Mr. Kaplan, Ms. Rosas and Veterans United. They are kind, patient, professional and make you feel like the only person buying a home. This team is knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything in layman’s terms, walking you through each step, navigating issues, being in your corner and making this as painless as possible. Added Bonus, pretty much everything is online so it’s easy to track progress, add information, documents and manage your tasks. Thanks a million - gold star service

You can’t go wrong, dealing with this system, they have your best entrance at hand, they won’t let you get anything you don’t deserve, I would recommend if it’s your first time buying a home. Leave it to the professional to assist you they’re very helpful.

We had a flawless home buying experience. We purchased from out of state without even seeing the property first and we were walked through each step. Everyone was extremely eager to help and answer any questions we had. As first time home buyers this was a huge relief. We were treated like family, will be recommending to everyone we know.

Veterans United had a fairly easy process as long as you do your homework and get the info they need from you in a quickly manner so that they can move forward through the process.

Just great, really easy and helpful staff all the way through!

As a new client of Veterans United, I would highly recommend anyone to use them and it will be worth your time. I am sure that you will be very satisfied and well informed during the entire process of your home buying process. I would ask anyone to chose Veterans United as your first choice.

We were in our house 20 days after our final offer was accepted. Me and my fiance were certainly satisfied with that.

The assistant loan officer she is just excellent friendly knowledge she was a real joy to deal with an outstanding lady.

They sold my loan to Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo was fined 1 BILLION Dollars for auto and home loan abuses just last year. The team I worked with was great, answered all my questions in a timely matter, explained things I did not understand and guided me easily through the whole process. What I was not informed about was that my loan would most likely be sold. Had I known it would have gone to Wells Fargo, I would not have taken it the loan. I will now have to spend the rest of the life of this loan and my credit score looking very closely at what Wells Fargo will try to do to me. I do not appreciate that at all.
Response from Veterans United
Glenn, we're so glad to hear your loan team made your home buying experience a great one! At the time of closing, Veterans United does not know if you loan will be sold or retained for the long term. You can always reach out to us if you experience issues with your loan servicing.
Blake and veterans united got me my first home loan and I went back to them for my refinance. It was a smooth and easy transaction. The only negative thing about the experience was I told I did not have to purchase points to get the lower APR I was locked in to and I ended up paying almost 3 thousand dollars for it. I still went ahead with the loan cause in the long run it will save me money.

Everyone involved did an excellent job. We were completely satisfied with the entire procedure. Thanks to each and every one that worked with us.

Great team of professionals to help along every step pf the way to finance your home!
