Veteran's United made the Va loan process a breeze! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and my loan officer provided excellent communication. He review all my documents quickly and made sure the underwriting would go smoothly. Near the end the of the process, the loan team was able to expedite the closing process so my closing would be on time.
They always gave me confidence when i was unsure about getting the loan.
Refinancing could be very stressful process for some especially veterans that may have to deal with various disabilities. Veterans United will ask for a lot of documents to get the loan approved. I had to remember this was a government loan with government paperwork. I do like the Veterans United website where they have the “to do list” for uploading documents. This was a good reminder of what to work on submitting for the loan. Overall great experience.
