I had a great experience. I originally started my home buying process with another lender. Long story short, VU made my loan process quicker and easier. I never had to worry about anything with my VU team.
Like anything it is a process, the only issue is them being in another state. Other than that Chris/Ryan have helped with everything.

Dan was a big help, couldnt have done it without him. The biggest headache was the document system on the website. Viewing easier/renaming/sorting uploaded documents would have made mine and Dan's job much easier.
