The interest rate was slightly higher than I expected .

Everything was great, just need a bit more communication between realtor and lender. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Josh and Alyssa were prompt, professional, friendly, and walked me through any hiccups in the process. I can't thank them or any of the team members enough for the help they provided. They deserve a raise or, at least, a bonus in my opinion.

Way too many hoops to jump thru. Had to send same information sometimes 4x. If this is to help Veterans I can't imagine putting some thru the process.

Everyone was very courteous, and any questions I had were answered very quickly!

Towards end near closing then there were items that came up such as unpaid child support which if investigated by MY social security number would have easily seen it was not me. Then there was an issue about a credit check which i easily explained was comcast cable for cable install in my new home. Then the very day before closing i find out at 9am that my employer hasnt sent my overtime hours breakout per pay and that its needed by 12 noon!!!!! What the heck!?!?!? You people wait till then to tell me that my employer hasnt sent you something that was needed in my file before noon day before closing!!!! Why wasnt i made aware of this earlier on!?!?!? Im the kind of person who makes things happen! Why was i not informed till the enth damn hour that this documentation was needed?!?! It wasnt like i hadnt submitted months and months of paystubs nor three years of W2s!! Ultimately what really irritated me was that the addendum which was uploaded to Veterans United website covering closing date and the sellers responsibility of closing cost being changed from 5% to $5,750 wasnt included in the CD. Although i am happy that the closing was done on Feb 1, the date should have NEVER slipped from Jan 31, considering together we worked on this project for well over a month. The items that come up should in my eyes came up earlier in the process, not at the very end. Sitting at closing waiting on VU to get their act together i was on cusp of pulling plug on this loan and obtaining a different loan company That can get it done!!!! I was quite furious when the atty said i could not just write Seller a check to right the addendum to our contract since some could possibly construe it as Mortgage Fraud. So instead we went by the numbers and waited in the atty office to allow VU to get their act together.Hopefully you people can get your act together so future customers arent playing a waiting game at the attys office, or far worse pushing out their closing date!

Jon Lucus and team were awesome. They worked with me every step of the way during the process.

Great Experience

Tom Champion and Corey Jackson and Cody Smith were very professional and SO very patient with us!

I had a conventional loan with VU and at times it seemed that the more restrictive VA requirements were applied across the board making this conventional loan more difficult than it had to be.

Phenomenal experience!

I was very impressed with the whole team at Veterans United. Great group of people who are very easy to work with.

Chad and Erin were quick in response to any concerns I may have had. They were a joy to work with.

Jess and Eric were great. A really easy and enjoyable experience.

My experience with veterans United was excellent from start to finish.

The company has provided me with some incredible people that has made this journey easy as well as a very successful ending. I feel like with they help I have been blessed with a incredible home that my family loves very much.I have already recommended this company to a friend concerning home.

Gus Branda went above and beyond to assist with the closing of our home. He is superior and shows outstanding people skills plus a geniune knowledge of his job as a loan specialist. Thank you Gus Branda for all you did to make our home buying a success. God bless you sir.SincerelyJulia & Shelley Pauls

My loan took 280 days in escrow because of a zoning issue and no other loan company would have stood by me though this I am sure. I am thinking of contacting Guinness because this might just be a world record!

The whole process was very easy. Because most of the paperwork was completed online it was very easy to get everything done on my own time rather than make appointments to see people or pick up papers to sign. I WAS at times a little frustrated with the need for continued extensions on the close date because of all the little things that kept popping up but I understand where the need comes from. Its a very large investment and everything needs to be right.

Great automated tools that allowed me to use my smartphone to complete most of the process

Mike Pitts and his team at veterans united were very helpful at all times while going threw and completing the process of purchasing a home. Any vetreran who is able to have this team work for them will be very pleased. Mike,Codi,&Josh were the three main people that worked with from Mikes team, the other people on the team that I didn't get a chance to work with are just as good to work with. To any veteran who reads this message my experience was excellent with veterans united and Mikes team. Thank You, Dave, Laraba.
