
I am beyond satisfied with the services provided by veterans United. They pretty much bend over backwards for you to get you what you need. They are very transparent as well. I had a few changes in plans they were able to adjust to my changes no questions asked.

The VU portal was nothing but a pain to use. I couldn’t get a LIVE person to talk to always a voicemail and then it took 1-2 days to get acknowledged; and still couldn’t get my questions answered satisfactorily. I’m an 85 year old Korean veteran and they couldn’t get it through their heads that this was very difficult working through a PORTAL!!!

The experience was amazing. It really was. Everything seemed seamless and often times I was wondering if I had missed something. Only because they made the process so smooth for us. Always available, always informing, and the entire team that we worked with was nothing but pleasant. Would highly recommend for first time buyers as well as previous homeowners. Being my fourth buying experience, this was by far the best experience. My wife’s first home and I couldn’t have asked for an easier process for her. Loved every minute of it!

Awesome outstanding and I never dreaded when the caller ID showed they were calling. What else can I say give them 5 minutes just to talk to you they are not just a scam outfit they literally want to help you anyway they can. Kollin, Jacob and they whole team where awesome.

The lending team was great. However, for VA loans it requires an inspection, and the inspector only mentioned a hole in the master bedroom door, which isn't a difficult fix. Whereas, after just spending a couple of days in my new home, I can notice many additional problems. That being said I think it was mostly the sellers agenda for the issues, but I was hoping the VA inspector and a 3rd party inspector would have caught the issues beforehand. Otherwise, the process in general was smooth and my lending team worked great with the realtors and the title company, a very seamless process throughout.



In the future I’d only use Veterans United for purchasing a home



The Veteran United Team I had to help me buy my house was an outstanding team who supported me in the ups and downs and worked with me every step of the way and even encouraged me when I felt like it wasn't going to get it. This team is incredible at what they do. They have been a huge blessing to me! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work!

Whoever was the closing person on this might need to step back a minute. Telling us we couldn’t sign on a Saturday because you aren’t open or there is wrong and makes me very angry. If they are worried about making sure someone is there to answer questions at least check to see if they are a new customer 1st. I want to rate them a 3 just because of that. I almost walked away even the last days of closing because of that person.
