Jason and the team made the process of using the VA home loan for the first time so easy. All members of the team were quick to respond, friendly, and were very knowledgeable to their area of expertise. They were a wealth of information; they kept me informed on time-sensitive items and offered me assistance with them.The personal touch of giving us an appreciation gift of my son's first tackle box with his name personalized on it was above and beyond. It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. We will cherish it forever and remember as it is tied to such positive experiences in our lives of buying our first home and taking him fishing for the first time.I would strongly recommend Veterans United to anyone using the VA home loan. We are very happy with our new home and the VU made the purchasing process enjoyable.

I thought the overall process was smooth and quick. I liked the"to do" list that kept me in track. If i missed something I would get a text our phone call which was nice as I was moving and staying work in KY. Everyone was so helpful and avaliable to answer any questions or concerns. Great experience!!

Seemed many team players before getting to underwriting. At times uncertainty if making progress. There seen to be a snag working around the federal work comp issues . The requirement is awards letter was a major obstacle based on a non functional item. My case was unique. Probably one of a kind.
