Jason and the team made the process of using the VA home loan for the first time so easy. All members of the team were quick to respond, friendly, and were very knowledgeable to their area of expertise. It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. I thought the overall process was smooth and quick. I liked the"to do" list that kept me in track. If i missed something I would get a text our phone call which was nice as I was moving and staying work in KY. Everyone was so helpful and avaliable to answer any questions or concerns. Great experience!!

Everyone on this team was fantastic! Despite me being terrible at communicating, they each continuously contacted me and really helped move the journey along! I definitely wouldn’t have been able to get here or my home without them! The team really made buying a home easy and mostly stress free, not that they were the cause of stress anyways. 10 out of 10!!
Seemed many team players before getting to underwriting. At times uncertainty if making progress. There seen to be a snag working around the federal work comp issues . The requirement is awards letter was a major obstacle based on a non functional item. My case was unique. Probably one of a kind.
