I cannot speak highly enough about my overall experience with Veterans United. From start to finish, every member of my team was quick and efficient in assisting me in this home buying process. I was on break at work during a night shift browsing homes on the Realtor app and clicked a checkbox for being a Veteran. I did not expect to receive a phone call within seconds from my Loan Officer, Tyson Brockmeier at 7:59pm EST. He quickly set me up with a VU account. Nicole Parungao, my Home Buying Concierge reached out and assisted me with a moving company, home security, and home insurance. Robbie Almogabar and Josie Wheeler went above and beyond to get me pictures and videos for the home I purchased due to my buying while out-of-state and made time for some family members to view the home. They are very knowledgeable and helped me negotiate the best deals for my home. Sarah Motley, Loan Coordinator kept the entire team informed of the loan process. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. Questions and concerns were always handled in a timely manner. Veterans United also has an app which makes completing documents, e-signing and reviewing extremely easy. This is the way home buying should be. This is the second home I have purchased and I will not be buying another home any other way. I highly recommend Veterans United and if you are able to choose I highly recommend this team of outstanding people! Thank you all so much!
