All documents needed, and I had a lot because of poor credit history, were very simple to submit. Once documents got submitted I received promoted updates from the lending team about next steps.

WAY WAY WAY better than the original lender (my bank) that I was attempting to go with. That was a huge negative experience. VU was a 1000% reversal of that.
