We were very frustrated with what they wanted. We thought we were done with requirement and they said they needed something else. At least a half dozen times. It was like why couldn't they have told us at the beginning so we could do it. Delay delay delay. We came very close to telling them forget it.
Kept us up to date on all process of the loan, very pleased with them finding a realtor to work with us. We loved Kim. When we had questions they was answered very quickly.

I started this process with Stuart a few months back and he connected me another fellow associate who helped me restore my credit. Then after being reunited with Stuart, more precise qualification documents were required. He assisted me with getting a portal for an easy documentation path. Then it was time for Lauren to step into the picture, she was fantastic, took my calls, or called me back. I did not use a realtor, and with the help of all Veterans United personnel, my tasks were difficult but manageable. Perofessionalism at its finest is what term I would use to describe my experience with Veterans United. Thank you all.
