I was told by some that I needed to reconsider due to fees. But I will honestly say, I can not think of going any other way. Veterans United has been wonderful the entire process. From initial qualification to closing. They were there whenever we needed them. And their process for collecting the information is so easy with their online account management. We were able to view documents at our leisure and if we had any questions, we received a response quickly. VU was definitely the way to go for our new home loan.

Not happy with the experience. Always asking for stuff at the last minute. Process was long. We refinanced a previous house through lending tree. It was a much quicker process and straight forward
