Answered our questions fast and to the point. Explained everything we were not sure about and made us feel very comfortable in the process.

The process from start to finish can be a long one, but with people like Jessica, and Leanna and Kim, it seemed shorter. The are very determined to get you in a home. Listen to what they tell you, it will lead you to home ownership.

This is the third time dealing with Veterans United and every time the experience was very top-notch. I felt comfortable and the team is very professional and pleasant to work with.
Working with lighthouse was a great experience. The buying experience had many ups and downs. We had many rough patches towards the end. Luckily everything worked out and we got to the close.
Very good being senior citizen we found all the DocuSign forms a challenging. But you have that with all loan companies.
