Our loan team was excellent and very informative. Our agent was impressed with the communication from our loan team.
I wish there was more contact with me during the process. Called a few time with loan coordinator, and never called back or answered the phone. When I did get something, it was only by email. That was not helpful on the day of closing and trying to find out the cash needed to close.
