Veterans United connected me with, John and his wife Leslie who works with him at Allen Tate. They were great to work with. Patient and knowledgeable! The whole team at Veterans United was prompt and responded to emails quick! Thanks to Austin H., Julia A., and Shane M. this was a painless endeavor!
No words can describe how great mike and Hayden were! And if you ever need the best in every situation to help you threw this home buying. They are the best and no other can compare with them or veterans United!!!!! The best!!!!
I do Not grant permission for my name, title nor commentary to be used for any Public purposes, for obvious reasons. I have no problem however exposing these items in an effort to ensure my loan team gets the deserved recognition and I welcome a call from your management on any items you'd like elaboration on.I am an Executive Director for Morgan Stanley, specifically I am the Region Sales Director covering two regions in country for our Private Bank. Products that fall into my peripheral include mortgages. MS is not a VA lender which is why I sought financing else where. I only preface some of my feedback to illustrate the challenges/demands that potentially come with having me as a mortgage client. With nearly 20yrs in industry I have very high expectations.... and your team met them every step of the way!I was very impressed with Charlie, detailed feedback provided in earlier question, but will reiterate that he made things very easy, put me at ease as a client and truly went the extra mile with communications.Kat, very good at what she does, pleasant to work with and you can tell she goes the extra mile behind the scenes for clients but potentially feels minimized in the more back scene role. My only coaching opportunity for her is to always remember how important it is for the client to maintain confidence, if the client sees cracks or feels you're unsure, that's when you see clients begin to panic. Upholding your internal partnerships is part of this, as the client I don't need to know who dropped the ball or who is nervous on timeframes - it's all one face to me and that's Veteran's United. I was highly impressed with the usage and speed of the digitized process throughout. Everything from the instant ability to see checklist items added, easy document upload to the text message ability. Very enjoyable experience intertwining modern touch and efficiency of technology coupled with the human element of the loan team - perfect blend, Well Done!Lastly the speed and efficiency of your process is one to be commended, especially in a timeframe where all lenders are running at high capacity. I accelerated my closing timeframe not once but twice and definitely had my doubts on closing in the new timeframes. I think my exact quote to Charlie on the second proposal of date change was "doable or delusional?" ....and I would've understood if he said ti was the ladder. Instead he and Kat put their best foot forward pushing where they could making it possible to cross the finish line early and successfully. I couldn't be more grateful. You have two highly talented teammates in Charlie and Kat, coupled with an incredible system/process. I am one very happy client, I really appreciate my loan team and the army or resources that stand behind them that made this all happen so expeditiously.
Thanks!
Very professional, quick, and above all they have heart for their jobs!

This was my first time buying a home. I was nervous and unsure but my loan team did a fantastic job with assisting me through the loan process.
My experience with veterans united has been excellent, they treat you like family!
Veterans United simplified the home buying process! We were able to complete each step electronically and had a very responsive representative throughout the entire process. They also have some of the best loan officers that are determined to reduce the stress of home buying.
VU made owning a home so easy..its easier than buying a car def. Just be sure to have all your documents available.
Being able to allow my kids to help me through the process and Nicole and all the staff were great about allowing my kids to help us through the process.
My Wife and I found ourselves in a tough place. I got promoted and transferred and before we knew it, she had transfer orders. Pensacola FL. is 1:45 to 2:00 hours drive from Gulfport MS. where we resided. I would wake up at 4:30 a.m. some mornings so i can make it to work by 8 am. I was okay with that because some days i would get a room and stay overnight. When my wife started to drive like that, i knew i had to do something. I reached out to Veterans United and 45 days later we were moving into a nice home in Pensacola FL. Veterans United was very thorough and because of them, i am a homeowner.
