Everyone was very helpful, responded to all of your questions and always returned call and text and E-mails, the entire crew are very knowledgeable,
Overall, a very positive experience. Some of the uploading of documents seemed repetitive and petty (EX: "Please tell us why your bank account balance increased" AFTER I just talked to you on the phone about it.). Not happy that the final estimate listed 'cash to close' at $14K while in reality it ended up being $18K.
The entire process was extremely efficient. We will certainly recommend Veterans United to others.

From start to finish working with my loan team has been a terrific experience every question or issue I had was addressed the same day usually within 5 min Alex and Gloria were outstanding and they got everything processed in a timely manner and only thing that held up the closing was the repairs not the agents fault so with that being said I would definitely recommend veterans United and I will definitely be using their service in the future if I have to sell my home great job guys.

From preapproval to closing and beyond, Veterans United has made this entire process such a great experience! They recommended us to an AWESOME Veteran Realtor who knew the VA Loan process and helped us find the home of our dreams.
