What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be really a pleasant adventure. I never felt more secure in any difficult situation than in this one. Veterans United helped me with my purchase of a new home using my VA home loan benefits. We ran into a few problems along the way but, with Veterans United we manged to overcome all of them and close on time. Everyone was always professional and polite every time I called. There was an electronic to-do list that I worked from to submit all of the documents. The to-do list showed me the status of the submitted documents as pending or reviewed. This was great to see the status at whatever time I checked on it AM or PM.I would like to say thanks to the entire team that helped me process my VA loan and secure my house!
Just be prepared to most of the leg work yourself make sure you have a good realator I had an outstanding realator who helped me through this process more than anybody she showed me what I had to do and how I had to do it her name is Ruth gundy she works for howard Hannah outstanding realtors I would recommend them to anybody
We tried the process with other lenders giving false promise of saving you time and money, but no one delivers like Veterans United. From start to finish, we were able to close on our house in less than 5 weeks, and got money back at closing! Without Anne Kuster and our team at Veterans United, it would have never been possible! VU Is exactly what you want when buying a home!
I started this loan in Nov. It took till August to approved. So hoping from couch to couch sucked. But they did eventually come through. And for that I am thankfully.

Very smooth process. Made an offer to a house June 26 and moved to the house July 31. At first I thought it wasnt possible but they made it possible. We been in the house for almost 5 days now and it's still not sinking in that were homeowners. Thank u for everything. I Highly recommend VA united home loans to everyone.
Veterans United has really good rates, possibly the best around. They will keep you informed and your questions will not go unanswered. The process is very easy, and they make sure you’re getting a good deal on the home you plan on buying. They make first time buyers have a very worry free experience. They also made it so I wouldn’t have to worry about separate home insurance for a whole year!

I have heard horror stories from other veterans about how stressful buying a house could be which was the last thing I wanted to experience. My wife and I were in the process of moving, both finding a job as well as working at a new job, etc. needless to say it was already an extremely stressful time. We were provided 30 days of temporary housing courtesy of my new job and knew finding a new place to live was going to be nothing short of a miracle. Having found the perfect house we knew we wanted to purchase the home but were reluctant due to the time constraint we had and the possibility there was of any lender telling us no we cannot get close that soon. I figured why not give someone a call and be completely transparent about our situation and see what is said. The way lending to veterans should be! I have always worked with Quicken Loans in the past (3 times in fact) and decided to give Veterans United a try. I was more amazed at how I was treated at Veterans United than anything else. No one was trying to lead me in with an online interest rate that no one qualifies for, or would have to pay huge discount points to attain, or put me in some kind of program that I didn't understand. My contact, Kyle Bakker was upfront with me and let me know of any potential setbacks or delays that may occur during the process. Never once did he try and "BS" me. As a Marine, I appreciated that. The Veterans United "free" rates (no points to pay with these rates) were very reasonable and beat most of the competition.
