I have used Veterans United twice now. My loan officer, Colin, was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. He followed up with me as I was searching for a home and stayed connected through the day we closed. The Real Estate Agent that was referred to us, Dana, was a pleasure to work with as well. She worked with us from out of state and was prompt in answering questions and relaying information. When we found a home to make an offer on, she made it happen in one day! The viewing and walk through over video, the official offer...it was all done in a matter of hours. Our overall experience has been amazing.
