Missing a lot of information, Up front. -- First time homebuyer, I was frustrated all the time. A bit of up front info on the exact steps, terminology, options( in case things did not go well). Detailed information!
Cash to close. This was a big problem. Had to find out from the internet just exactly how this works. Only found out certain information 'on' the day of closing! Not good for my nerves.
It's too bad your scale only goes to 10. Jordan and his team arent just 10/10 they are 25/10. I could t possibly be happier.

My overall experience was so well coordinated I was able to tackle issues the would come up. If I needed anything the were on it. I would definitely recommend any veteran to use veterans united they are awesome!!!
