There’s no reason for my loan to get kicked back from underwriters so many times. I planned on a timeframe and was told that the loan should be processed by it accordingly, and the delay in service cost me dearly. I’m not impressed with my service at all, and the extra services that team members tried to offer me were completely unwarranted.
Response from Veterans United
Hey Aaron,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. Having your loan kicked back multiple times must have been incredibly frustrating, especially when you were counting on things moving according to plan. I can understand why you’re not impressed, and I’m sorry that we didn’t deliver the level of service you were expecting.
It sounds like the delays and the extra services offered only added to your frustration, and that’s the last thing we want for our clients. If you’re open to it, I’d really like you to connect with my team so we may dig into what happened and see how we can improve from this. Please reach out to us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com whenever you have a chance.
Thank you for sharing this feedback, and again, I’m sorry for the stress this has caused.

The whole team I worked with was phenomenal, they were very informative and kept me on a steady and true path to buying my first home. I was very nervous in the beginning but I could not have asked for a better team.
