Military members have the benefits of a VA loan and while many banks will approve you for the benefit, Veterans United has dedicated all its resources to specialize in the VA loan. I have used a VA loan before and my experience with other banks were pleasing and I would have been fine using other banks again, but I am glad I didn't. I decided to go with Veterans United this time because of the reviews online and I figured it wouldn't be much different. It was a different experience. Veterans United constantly kept me informed and answered any question. Every time I emailed or called I would have a instant response. I knew at all times where I was in the home buying process. I even ended up starting the loan process for one house and then I decided to back out and get another house and there was a flawless transition between the loan process. If this is your first VA home loan or your 10th I would highly recommend Veterans United.
