I recommend the program for the savings. Not for the ease of use or communication between buyer and veterans United staff.

The experience was made easy with the online tools and the web site was very user friendly.
I knew that templates were used. It would have been nice to get more information as a first time home buyer other than a link to a video.
I think ultimately this was a good experience but there were times that I felt like staff were just negligent. There was a push at the end and it happened but I felt like they didn't stay on top of it like they should have.
